Shell Pasta with Italian
Sausage
A delicious medley of flavors come
through in this Italian-inspired dish.

2 Tablespoons
Olive Oil
-
1 Finely-Chopped
Red Onion
-
1 Pound
Kramarczuk’s Ground Italian Sausage
-
1 14.5oz Can
Diced Tomatoes with Roasted Garlic Flavor
-
¼ Cup Merlot Red
Wine
-
¾ Cup Green
Olives
-
Shredded Parmesan
Cheese
-
Fresh Parsley
(optional)

Prepare pasta
according to directions on package.

Place olive oil
in large pot over medium-low heat, add onion and sauté until
browned and tender. Add Italian Sausage followed by the
tomatoes. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Add wine to
mixture and continue to simmer for 5 minutes. Next, add the
olives and stir in until heated through.

Pour prepared
pasta into mixture and incorporate well. Place the new
mixture in a large, decorative dish and sprinkle with desired
amount of the cheese. Garnish with parsley.
