Sausage Cracker Stackers

Looking for an easy appetizer or party food?  These are delicious and amazingly simple to make!

Difficulty Level: EASY

Ingredients:

• Ritz® (or similar) Crackers

• Kramarczuk's Sausage, such as Ukrainian, Polish, Knackwurst, cut 1/4 inch thick

• Sliced Cheddar, provolone, or your favorite cheese, slice into 1 inch squares

• Kramarczuk's Mustard

• Kramarczuk's Red Horseradish

Directions:

1. Place crackers on decorative platter.  On each cracker place a slice of cheese and then a piece of sausage.

2. Lightly cover each Sausage Cracker Stacker with Kramarczuk's Mustard or Horseradish.

3. Garnish with parsley.

4. Now wasn't that easy (and delicious)?
